| NOLS Alaska - 2005 | Aconcagua - South America December 2007 - January 2008There are currently 2 record holders for
the youngest to complete the seven summits – 1 via Carstenz Pyramid and

easier of the 2 mountains) is 18 years old, and the youngest to
complete the seven via Carstenz Pyramid is 23 years and 11 days. Alex plans on climbing the seven including Carstenz Pyramid, not Kosciusko, and he plans on finishing them by July 2009. If successful, Alex will finish the 7 when he is 21 years and 11 months old. Alex has already climbed 3 of the 7 summits, and was unsuccessful in summiting on an unguided solo expedition on Aconcagua through December-January 2007.
